90 volunteers helped clean-up the river at our 4th annual Riverfest and cleanup

Many items were taken out of the river including a car bench seat and door, bicycles, rubber platforms and a shopping cart full of debris.  Animals seen along the river include turtles of all sizes, ducks, birds and Canadian geese.  The weather cooperated with Mother Nature providing a hot yet beautiful day for a float down the river.  Come to our next meeting to hear tales.  Become a friend of the White River Watchers on Facebook

Our next regular meeting is

at the Anderson Library.

All meetings (unless otherwise stated) are from 6PM to 7:30PM. This is a public meeting.

Our next river clean-up is scheduled for September 11, 2010.

Details will be posted later.
